ISLPR Victoria is committed to providing a memorable experience for students during their testing and or tutoring session/s.
All complaints are dealt with by the owner of ISLPR Victoria directly and are kept confidential.  This means if requested in the complaint form your name and details will not be shared with the tester, tutor or staff member.
ISLPR Victoria is an independent legal entity and is not owned or managed by ISLPR Language Services or by IGAA.
All complaints related to ISLPR Victoria should be submitted via this form only or directly to the owner of ISLPR Victoria Mr Gaven Ferguson at g.ferguson@islprvic.org.
